The Food Production test focuses on knowledge regarding packaging, sterilization, handling, FDA regulations, transporting, and distribution of food. The test is appropriate for test takers who are currently working in the food industry or who are considering a position in the food industry in any of the areas listed above. It tests for knowledge in a variety of food product productions that share common standards with each other regarding rules, laws, processes, and procedures.
