The Recruiting Fundamentals test is designed to evaluate a person's basic ability to source for, identify, evaluate, interview, negotiate with, and ultimately hire qualified candidates for a given position. The test covers eight general subject areas, providing a variety of questions in each across several skill levels. The subject areas are as follows: Sourcing Candidates, Client Management, Candidate Management, Candidate Evaluation, Arrivals/Orientation, Legal Considerations, Requisition Management.
